Because I lived it for years.
At 14, I dreaded every pool party. Every beach trip. Every locker room situation. I'd literally plan my outfits around what would best hide my chest. Hoodies in summer. Baggy shirts to the pool. I know that feeling.
I tried everything, random YouTube exercises, bro science from forums, generic fitness programs. For a whole year I did pushups every day thinking that would fix it. Spoiler: it didn't. The real breakthrough came when I realized how much rib flare was making my pectus look 10x worse, and that the right core exercises could actually pull those ribs inward. I also discovered that posture changes alone made a massive difference in how deep the dent looked.
Now I'm just giving you the shortcut, everything I wish someone had handed me at 14. The mistakes to avoid, the exercises that actually matter, and the stuff that genuinely moved the needle for me.
